About Gemma

Gemma is an experienced lawyer with a passion for advocating for those with disabilities and older people. Her time in law has been spent designing systems to make meeting compliance obligations easier. She has a good grounding in general practice with particular interest in Estates, Trusts and Residential Care Subsidies, and ensuring that people’s wishes are upheld through their Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney. Gemma enjoys the diverse range of people she gets to meet as part of her work advocating for families under the Protection of Personal and Property Rights Act 1988 within the Family Court. With her customer service background, Gemma has the knowledge and experience to help make her clients lives easier.
Gemma loves dark chocolate, travel and getting to know incredible people. When not working, Gemma is to be found curled up with a book, crafting or making food to share with her friends and family.

Sharon completed Law School as a mature student whilst working in high level executive roles. She brings a different perspective to her legal practice and is focused on finding the right solution for each client. Sharon is a passionate and energetic member of the team, whose enthusiasm for the law in infectious.
Sharon has worked for many Public Service Departments as a Senior Negotiator, having negotiated with some of the biggest ICT organisations globally. Sharon negotiated deals on behalf of the NZ Government with Microsoft, Amazon, and Oracle, and is a seasoned commercial expert. Sharon is excited about bringing her years of strategic problem solving and commercial expertise to her new career as a lawyer.
Personally, Sharon enjoys spending her time with her teenage kids, when they allow it, playing computer games, and travelling. Her most recent adventures have been to Europe, but she has taken her family all over India and China.
